Welcome to the Hotel-Restaurant of François & Cathy

Already regarded as a great "cook chief" when it has
officiated in the small village of Sauxillanges, François Chalut is
installed in the town of Royat. He is in the association of the
"Toques d' Auvergne " which gathers 30 chefs of Auvergne area.
